M& E Engineer (Quantity Surveyors Cum Site)
Description
Have a strong technical knowledge either Electrical or Mechanical
Have a well understanding on Electrical/ Mechanical technically, Product and Materials
Able to take off quantity, costing and having good knowledge on Contractual Terms and Work
Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensures expense within budget
Attends to contract administration matters, maintains proper documentation and able to do project reports
Have site experience on installation of Eectrical and Mechanical
Able to supervise annd provide instruction to contractors at site as required
Perform additional duties with the current role when requested by management.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years work experience
Degree/ Diploma in (Electrical/ Mechanical)
Proficiency in Auto-CAD, 2D
MS Office – Words and Excel is a must
