Description
- Lead the Team: Motivate sales staff and help them reach their individual goals
- Close Deals: Step in to assist team members with difficult sales or high-value clients
- Track Progress: Monitor daily sales activity and keep our CRM/records up to date
- Training: Help onboard new hires and teach them our best sales techniques
- Reporting: Prepare simple weekly reports on team performance for the Sales Manager

Requirements
- At least 2 years experience with related fields
- Leadership: Someone who can lead by example and keep the team's energy high
- Communication : Great at talking to people and even better at listening to their needs
- Must have English language skill
