NOC Engineer
Description
-24*7 Proactively monitor and troubleshoot on Network incidents and telecom power incidents affecting the NOC Systems and customers' services and ensure maximum availability and performance.
-will perform these tasks using various standard network management tools, and internal ticketing systems.
- Monitor the health of network and power equipment infrastructure and act upon alerts/issues related to O&M.
-Continuous monitoring improvement and preparing Daily, and weekly Reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/EC/IT/ etc.(Fresher also can join)
- Must use Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Passive NOC and Power Equipment.
- Ability to work a variety of different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support a 24/7X365 environment.
- Shows initiative and has a strong desire to share knowledge with others.
- Can Communicate in English
