Finance Manager
Description
🔹 Oversee the performance of Finance & Accounting team to ensure smooth & stable operations
🔹 Ensure the tasks are carried out within operating standards, industry standard & regulations and statutory requirements (eg. Reimbursement, payment transfer, etc.)
🔹 Manage the overall accounting and financial reporting/invoices and its subsidiary to ensure compliance with requirements
🔹 Liaise regularly with auditors, regulatory authorities, clients, brokers and partners for all finance related matters
🔹 Facilitate internal audits and coordinate with respective stakeholders for the external Audits
🔹 Ensure that preparation of financial audit report is prepared and completed in timely manner
🔹 Manage the administration expenses and budget for the whole financial year
🔹 Keep proper maintenance of the accounting files and records

🔹 Monitor cash float, manage accounts payable and receivable, and optimize working capital.
🔹 Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning

Requirements
🔸Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred)
🔸5 years+ of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in insurance industry
🔸Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
🔸Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
🔸Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill
🔸Ability to read, write, comprehend through listening, and speak English
Mature, well-organized and detail-oriented
🔸5 years+ of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in insurance industry
🔸Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
🔸Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
🔸Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill
