Purpose
Join ONOW Myanmar to coach and support hundreds of small businesses around the country. The Program Assistant's purpose is to observe, monitor, and support micro-businesses to become resilient, growth-oriented businesses capable of thriving in their respective markets.
Responsibilities
The Program Assistant collects data on businesses, asks coaching questions for operational improvement, understanding individual business contexts, navigates market constraints, and reports business performance to management.
- Coaching site visits to businesses
- Data collection and entry
- Lead peer group meetings
- Phone calling and scheduling
- Teaching and facilitating
- Support and give guidance on the usage of provided digital tools

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or others equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant field
- Must have digital literacy (Such as Microsoft Office, Google tools and others)
- Basic understanding of business models
- Able to communicate in English
Skill Needed:
- Good at communication, collaboration and negotiation
- Organize and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Critical thinking and good problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and growth
- Highly empathetic and motivated
Reporting and Management
This position is based in Yangon. Hybrid Working. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
