Assistant Supervisor (Shwe Paukkan Branch)
Description
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly loan reports accurately and on time.
- Provide excellent customer service support and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and follow up on outstanding cases.
- Support sales activities to achieve departmental targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in cross-selling and promoting banking products and services to customers.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with internal banking policies and procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Perform other duties assigned by manager or management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and loan processes.
- Relevant banking certificates or professional qualifications are an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve performance targets.
