MEP Engineer (For Construction Field)
Description
- Manage and supervise MEP & ELV installation works at project sites.
- Review and prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Monitor site progress, installation quality, and compliance with approved standards and safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions during installation and testing.
- Prepare BOQ, material planning, quantity verification, and project reports.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP & ELV systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP construction, building services, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP & ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA System, Data & Telephone, BMS, etc.).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and installation methods.
- Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel based on project requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP construction, building services, or related projects.
