Description
-Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
-Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
-Utilize a range of teaching strategies and technologies to enhance student learning.
-Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
-Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
-Identify students needing additional support and implement appropriate interventions.
-Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
-Maintain high expectations for behavior, attendance, and academic effort.
-Apply school policies fairly and consistently to promote a safe and respectful atmosphere.
-Establish strong communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area.
-Teaching qualification / certification (TKT,CELTA,TESOL).
-Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level preferred.
-Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with relevant curricula.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in classroom technology and digital tools.
