Sales and Marketing Supervisor
Description
1. Supervise and support the sales and marketing team to meet departmental goals
2. Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
4. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
5. Prepare and analyze performance reports and make data-driven decisions
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals
7. Assist in the implementation and operation of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies
5. Proficiency in digital marketing, and sales analytics
