Key Responsibilities
-Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum
-Use child-centered and interactive teaching methods
-Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
-Prepare teaching materials and learning resources
Classroom Management
-Maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive classroom environment
-Encourage positive behavior and discipline
-Promote respect, teamwork, and responsibility among students
Student Development
-Support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth
-Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support
-Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and confidence
Assessment & Reporting
-Conduct regular tests, assignments, and observations
-Maintain accurate student records and reports
-Communicate students’ progress to parents and school management
Communication & Collaboration
-Work closely with other teachers and staff
-Communicate effectively with parents/guardians
-Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events
Professional Responsibilities
-Follow school policies, rules, and procedures
-Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility
-Engage in continuous professional development

တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲတစ်ခုခုရပြီးသူ၊ MA (English),CELTA ရထားသူများဦးစားပေးမည်။ International School တွင် သင်ကြားရေး အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (3) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
• ECCD လက်မှတ် ရှိရမည်။
• English Proficiency Level - Advance Level ရှိရမည်။
• အကျင့်စာရိတ္တ ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အများနှင့် ပြေပြစ်စွာပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံနိုင်ရပါမည်။
• အသင်းအဖွဲဖြင့် စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်စွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး ကလေးများကို စိတ်ရှည် စွာ ဆက်ဆံပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
• English စကားကောင်းမွန်စွာပြောဆိုနိုင်ပြီး Pronunciation အထူးကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• အရည်အချင်း နှင့် လက်ရှိလုပ်သက် ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး လစာခံစားခွင့်ရှိမည်
• ECCD လက်မှတ် ရှိရမည်။
