Chief of CW Construction Dept (Business Development and Project Control)
Description
- Search for and develop new business opportunities in civil construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Develop marketing plans and business development strategies for construction services.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and bidding documents.
- Coordinate with technical and operation teams during project bidding and execution stages.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support branding and promotional activities for the construction business sector.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business KPIs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of construction market and project development process.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good English communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network with contractors, developers, factories, or commercial clients.
- Experience in tendering and project bidding.
- Familiarity with Myanmar construction market is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of construction market and project development process.
