Role Purpose
The Program Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating entrepreneurship support projects and programs under the supervision of the Operations Manager. The role supports project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, including partners, CSOs, CBOs, women and youth networks, and social support organizations.
The Program Coordinator leads field activities, facilitates in-person and coaching support sessions, manages project data and reporting, identifies risks and emerging needs, and provides direct business development support to MSME owners through coaching, mentoring, and digital tool guidance to achieve meaningful project outcomes and community impact.
Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of entrepreneurship and MSME development projects under the supervision of the Operations Manager. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and positive impact for target communities and business owners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate project implementation activities.
- Conduct field visits and monitor project progress.
- Support project planning, monitoring, and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, CSOs, CBOs, women and youth networks, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate in-person training, workshops, and project events.
- Provide individualized coaching and mentoring support to MSME owners.
- Manage project data, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Identify and report project risks, challenges, and emerging needs in a timely manner.
- Support MSME owners in utilizing digital tools and business development resources.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in entrepreneurship, livelihood, or MSME development programs.
- Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
- Basic understanding of business models and entrepreneurship development.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Experience in training facilitation and capacity-building activities.
- Experience in vocational training or livelihood-related projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Reporting
This position is based in Yangon. Hybrid Working. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
