โชCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
โชPrepare and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
โชSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
โชScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
โชCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.
โชConduct reference and background checks when required.
โชPrepare job offers and orientation process.
โชOther tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

โชBachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
โช2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
โชStrong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
โชFamiliarity with MS Office applications.(Excel,Word,Power Point)
โชExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
โชStrong organizational and time management skills.
โชAbility to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
