Sale & Marketing Supervisor - Urgent (Botataung Township)
Description
-Draw the marketing plan and present the marketing strategies.
-Plan to reach the sales team goals.
-Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
-Maintains good relationships with clients through superior customer service.
-Perform in marketing research and finding new customers.
-Good in solving customer complaints.
-The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
-Must take responsibility & accountability.
-Prefer experience in selling construction materials items. (E.g: Deformed Bar, Wire Rod, Beam, Hollow etc)
-Prefer experience in social media content writing.

- Must have Diploma or Bachelor certificate in Marketing
- Must have 2 years & above experience in related field
- Must be able to work with team members
- Must be able to travel locally
- Excellent in Negotiations Skill, Communication Skill , ProblemSolving Skills , Leadership Skill, Interpersonal Skill.
- Good in Computer Skills (Excel , Word , Powerpoint)
- Able to work under pressure
- Must have 2 years & above experience in related field
- Must be able to work with team members
- Must be able to travel locally
