Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and deploy infrastructure components in customer sites or data centers
Perform server OS installation (Windows/Linux) and basic system configuration
Support network configuration tasks such as VLANs, routing basics, and connectivity
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues during implementation and post-deployment phases
Support implementation planning and technical task execution
Ensure assigned tasks are delivered on time and with quality
Document installation steps, configuration changes, and troubleshooting logs
Update task status and technical notes for project tracking purposes
Assist in server and system deployment for customer environments
Perform root cause analysis for deployment-related failures

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure / system engineering / SI projects
Experience working in customer project environments is preferred
Virtualization concepts (cluster, HA, resource pools, VM lifecycle)
Network basics (L2/L3, VLAN, routing, firewall flow understanding)
DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing design concepts
Linux/Windows basic administration (troubleshooting level)
Backup, DR, and high availability solutions
Good troubleshooting mindset under project pressure
Good documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work during maintenance windows and cutover schedules
Ability to work under pressure in project delivery environments
May require night or weekend work during cutovers and migrations
