Sale & Marketing Manager(Solar)
Description
-Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
-Develop marketing plans and budgets for the respective brands
-Perform to set sales strategies & marketing strategies
-Developing and selling support with our target audience.
-Find new customers & projects for company products and services to meet the set sales target
-Good performance in solving customer complaints and negotiation
-Establish, develop, and maintain good customer relationships to existing and potential customer
-Keep in touch with current and upcoming trends and innovations in fashion and the social media landscape and adjust our content strategy accordingly
-Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Requirements
- Sales Manager with over 3-5years of experience in sales management and market development.
- Strong orientation toward building high-performing sales teams, optimizing revenue, and driving sustainable business growth.
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Preferable certificate in Sales & Marketing Management
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in the marketing field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Good computer and MS Office skills
-Must have good communications, relation skills, customer services and negotiation skills
- Strong orientation toward building high-performing sales teams, optimizing revenue, and driving sustainable business growth.
- Any bachelor’s degree
