Description

ဆရာများ၏ သင်ကြားမှုပုံစံနှင့် Classroom Activities များကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးပြီး Evaluation Report ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။

• Zoom Class များကို Monitoring ပြုလုပ်ပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက Recording များကို ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။

• Teaching Aids နှင့် Study Materials များ ပြည့်စုံမှုရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ဆေးပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။

• Student Assignments၊ Tests နှင့် Post-Consultation များအတွက် ဆရာနှင့်ကျောင်းသားများအကြား ချိတ်ဆက်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း။

• Google Classroom နှင့် Telegram Group များတွင် Class Information နှင့် Study Materials များ တင်ပေးခြင်း။

• Class Telegram Group များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး ကျောင်းသားများ၏ မေးမြန်းချက်များကို ဖြေကြားခြင်း။

• Class Schedule နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Report များကို စစ်ဆေးပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။

• Class Operation နှင့် Student Service လိုအပ်ချက်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။

• Communication နှင့် Coordination Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
• Teamwork ဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ
• တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး Responsible ဖြစ်သူ
• Time Management ကောင်းမွန်သူ
• Google Classroom, Zoom, Telegram နှင့် Digital Tools များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
• Education Environment တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ရန် စိတ်ဝင်စားသူ
