Video Editing Staff
Description
* Create and edit videos for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms.
* Shoot and edit promotional, educational and event videos.
* Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions and visual effects.
* Create engaging short-form videos, Reels and TikTok content.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Content Team to develop creative video ideas.
* Ensure videos are high-quality, professional and aligned with the organization’s brand.
* Organize and maintain video files, footage and project materials.
* Complete assigned video projects within deadlines.
* Support photo and video coverage for school/college events and activities.

Requirements
* Experience in video editing is preferred.
* Proficiency in **CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects** or similar editing software.
* Good understanding of social media video trends and formats.
* Creative, responsible and detail-oriented.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Portfolio or sample works are an advantage.
