Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30AM- 4:30PM)/Sat (WFH)
Off Day: Sun & Public Holiday
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers
using effective sales techniques.
• Develop and execute promotional plans with customers, ensuring adherence to
agreed deliverables.
• Highlight product features and benefits to address customer needs and solve their
challenges.
• Visit customers on a regular call cycle to help drive growth and maximize
opportunity
• Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and expand customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term
partnerships.
• Proactively seek out and close new business opportunities.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of coffee products, the brand, and the company.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Maintain customer contact lists and follow up regularly to strengthen relationships.
• Analyze customer needs and provide cost-benefit solutions to maximize value.
• Prepare, record, and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Achieve sales targets and meet performance goals within the designated schedule.
• Provide reports on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to
team leader and management.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements
• Proven experience in sales (minimum 2 years).
• Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in achieving targets.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to drive positive outcomes.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Excellent selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
