Program Coordinator (Early Childhood Education)

Your Main Responsibilities
As a Program Coordinator, you will:
✅ Support and coordinate the implementation of our preschool programs
✅ Work closely with educators to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes
✅ Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback
✅ Support teacher training, coaching and professional development
✅ Ensure program guidelines, procedures and standards are implemented consistently
✅ Build positive relationships with parents and support parent communication
✅ Monitor children’s learning, wellbeing and development
✅ Collaborate with branch teams to continuously improve quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
✔ Diploma, Degree or Background in Education, Early Childhood Education, English Language Teaching or related fields
✔ At least 2 years of experience in preschool, education or teaching environments
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good organizational and planning abilities
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to support and work collaboratively with educators
✔ Passion for children’s development and education
✔ Diploma, Degree or Background in Education, Early Childhood Education, English Language Teaching or related fields
✔ At least 2 years of experience in preschool, education or teaching environments
