JD for Medical Supervisor (Fresh graduates from University of Medicine are also welcome to apply)
- Checking documents and coverage of diagnosis, medications and procedures to ensure claim approval
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Checking and making sure to complete required documents, doctor’s recommendations and medical
records in order to proceed with the claim approving process.
- Handling the complaints and enquiry escalated by operation team members as needed.
- Checking and monitoring enquiry emails.
- Checking claims emails related with responsible tasks
- Ensure for the coverage of LOG requests.
- Advising and solving the claim related issues.
- Align with a cross-functional team for operation requirements.
- Responsible for fulfilling the assigned tasks during deadlines.
- Perform assigned duties according to business needs
- Participate in developing team training.
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.

Requirements
Must be M.B.B.S holder
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Fluent in English (4 skills)
• Must have knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, PPT, Email
• Active and excellent skills in social communication
Salary range - up to 1,000,000 MMK
