Job Descriptions
• Advise Departments Managers on the legal opinions relating to the daily operations of the company to ensure compliance with the current legislations and the interests of the company.
• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labour law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
• Drafting and reviewing of company’s contracts, documents, and lease and license agreements for the Company.
• Contact and work with Competent state authorities in Myanmar to apply for a license,...
• Evaluate and review the legality of the receiving /sending documents and control of the legality of the process / internal regulations of the company.
• Follow up and report to Department Managers about any disputes and litigations involving the company and propose the method of the dispute settlement by applying effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advises on possible legal issues.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the General Director or the Head of the Departments.

Requirements

• Certificate: Bachelor Degree in Law/ or Government relations.
• Good using in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,...)
• Ability to work independently and in a team, enthusiastic and proactive in work.
• At least on year in In-house counsel or relating.
• Regularly learn, research and improve how to improve work efficiency.
• Good English: listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in tax laws; principles of financial and accounting standards;
• Effective communication and persuasion skills;
