Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support our Freight Forwarding and Freight Sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, providing logistics solutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support regarding freight forwarding services, shipment status, rates, and logistics solutions.
- Communicate with customers to understand their shipping requirements and provide suitable freight solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment operations.
- Prepare and provide freight quotations, rate information, and service proposals to customers.
- Follow up on sales leads, customer requests, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support customer retention activities.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, and shipment details.
- Support sales activities and achieve customer service and sales targets.

-Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and international shipping processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email communication).
- Fluent command of English 4 skill.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
