Description
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of the cafe, providing warm and welcoming service to customers. Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.
You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or F&B role is preferred
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
