Regional Sales Manager
Description
1. Identifying new B2B clients, wholesalers, and manufacturers while tracking competitor activity.
2. Recruiting, training, and mentoring regional sales representatives to meet quotas.
3. Working closely with logistics and sourcing departments to ensure a steady supply of in-demand textiles (e.g., spandex, Blantino).
4. Forecasting regional revenue, setting budgets, and managing pricing strategies
5. Define regional sales targets, build forecasting models, and formulate localized strategies to promote fabric categories (e.g., woven, knit, synthetic, or spandex)
6. Oversee relationships with major B2B clients, including apparel manufacturers, textile mills, and apparel accessories brands.
7. Expand regional distribution networks, negotiate commercial contracts, and manage pricing strategies to remain competitive.
8. Recruit, train, and mentor territory sales representatives. Set KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and drive high-energy sales operations.
9. Monitor competitor activities, shifting fashion trends, and raw material cost fluctuations. Provide actionable feedback to the product and sourcing teams.

Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or International Trade.
2. 5 to 8 years of experience in textile or garment trading, including at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role.
3. In-depth understanding of fabric composition (e.g., Spandex, Bamboo, Blantino), garment manufacturing processes, and textile supply chains.
4. Strong negotiation, data analysis, CRM proficiency, and exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
