IT Officer
Description
• Provide first- and second-line support to students, faculty, and administrative staff regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage the college IT Ticketing System, ensuring timely resolution of technical requests.
• Maintain and update Smart Classrooms, including projectors, and audio-visual (AV) systems.
• Configure and maintain computer labs, ensuring all required academic software is licensed and updated
• Monitor campus-wide LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks to ensure high availability and speed.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software licenses).
• Execute Disaster Recovery plans to safeguard institutional data.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and printers across campus.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
• Supporting on setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.

Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT supports.
• Strong patience and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and students.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and a true team player.
