Energy Support Coordinator
Description
Validate DGRH, DG kWh, tenant load, fuel level photos, etc. which were reported on EMS RFWO
Perform real-time monitoring of fuel sensor status for fuel sensor confirmation sites during fueling
Identify, record, and highlight operational abnormalities to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting for fuel sensor monitoring sites.
Upload manually refueling reports to the EMS platform for sites experiencing internet connectivity issues
Extract and verify DG Runtime Hour (DGRH) and load-reading photos depend on energy billing requirements
Conduct daily live fuel-level monitoring for high-priority sites during fuel crisis situations to prevent fuel shortages

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or in a related field
Minimum 1 year experience in the telecommunications industry or a related operational support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of DC power systems and diesel generators is an advantage
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation, monitoring, and reporting activities
Minimum 1 year experience in the telecommunications industry or a related operational support role
