CSR Assistant
Description
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing CSR activities, volunteer days, charity drives, and community outreach events
• Communicate with external partners including NGOs, local charities, community leaders, and internal departments to support active programs
• Collect impact data, update sustainability metrics, and draft preliminary sections for quarterly and annual CSR reports
• Coordinate meeting schedules, draft correspondence, archive program documents, track budget expenses, and process partner donation requests
• Prepare monthly newsletters, intranet updates, and internal promotion materials to drive employee participation in social initiatives

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, administrative support, or nonprofit work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, and event planning skills with a genuine interest in social impact and community engagement
