General Manager (Site Operations)
Description
- Lead the overall project to ensure completion within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the Project Manager and Engineering & Maintenance Manager.
- Manage the progress of contractors and construction, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), health, safety and environment (HSE), environmental protection, and cost control.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required. A qualification in Engineering Management or an MBA, and PMP certification, are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large site teams and manage contracts, budgets, and risks.
- Strong communication skills in Myanmar and English.
