Description
- Manage seed production, farmer and contract-farming networks, raw paddy supply, and rice mill operations.
- Improve production efficiency, product quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the Rice Mill Manager and Contract Farming Manager.
- Implement food safety and quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.

Requirements
- Degree in Agricultural Science (B.Agr.Sc. /M.Agr.Sc.) or a relevant production-related discipline.
- Experience managing large farmer networks, agricultural operations, or rice-milling businesses.
- Ability to manage climate-related and commodity-price risks and maintain effective relationships with farmers.
