IT Manager
Description
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and technology investments.
- Recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead and supervise IT team members and external vendors.
- Manage company servers, networks, internet connectivity, and cloud services.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications systems.
- Administer ERP, inventory management, accounting, and logistics systems.
- Coordinate with departments to improve business processes through technology.
- Manage system upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects.
- Ensure accuracy and security of business data.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices.
- Monitor and mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Manage firewall, antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
- Oversee helpdesk operations and end-user support.
- Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
- Provide user training and technology awareness programs.
- Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure regular data backup and successful restoration testing.
- Minimize business disruption through business continuity planning.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Lead IT projects from planning through implementation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and system records.
- Ensure software licensing compliance.
- Develop SOPs and technical documentation for all IT systems.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5–8 years of IT experience.
* At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
* Experience in Export, Import, Logistics, Trading, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments preferred.
* Experience with ERP/Ooredoo systems, warehouse management systems, and business applications.
* Network Administration (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
* Windows Server & Linux Administration
* Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
* Must have Cybersecurity Management, Database Management (SQL Server, MySQL), ERP Systems Management
* Experiences in Microsoft 365 Administration, Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
* Must have skills in Leadership and Team Management, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving and Decision Making
