Engineering & Maintenance Manager
Description
- Commission, operate, and maintain equipment at a solar power plant, large rice mills, and industrial facilities.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Oversee the safety, performance, and maintenance costs of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.

Requirements
- B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
- At least 5 - 7 years of maintenance experience in a large factory or solar power project.
- Strong skills in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and team management.
