Rice Mill Manager
Description
- Oversee rice mill technical processes, from facility setup and commissioning through day-to-day operations.
- Manage paddy intake and preparation, milling, cleaning, packaging, and storage.
- Control production output, rice quality, wastage, and workforce performance.

Requirements
- Engineering degree or another relevant university degree. Master's degree is preferred.
- 5-7 years as a factory supervisor or manager at a modern, large-scale rice mill.
- Ability to manage machinery, production quality, and operational teams.
